Welcome to IDTANA

The Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America, Inc., is a not for profit membership organization representing over 1,000 certified and vetted Irish Dance teachers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. It is the mission of the IDTANA to promote Irish Dance, culture and music throughout North America.

Our experienced, accredited, and diverse membership actively engages in the promotion of Irish Dance on the local level while collectively exploring and instituting procedures for safe, fair, and ethical rules and guidelines for best practices in teaching and competition.
